No nude photo will ever be asked for & anyone who sends one will be no longer eligible to work with the company. A photo that contains nudity, but is censored is acceptable. If the censoring gets in the way of the photo in a way it is hindering Our ability to view majority of the model/photo, a request will​ be made via email to send said photo uncensored. 

How Pay Works:​

• Payment Procedure:

Is discussed prior to any photos being taken or used. It is decided on a case by case basis and any one time rate that is to be paid will always be paid for up front with in 24 hours of the photo shoot. If a photo is purchased that was not taken by one of Our photographers The 420 Marketing Company LLC is purchasing the rights to use said photo for whatever it is specified it will be used for. Models photos will not be sold unless authorized by the model and photographer unless the photo was created with the purpose of it to be sold and all parties involved were made aware and signed the proper written document that will be prepared if the need for it becomes necessary.

  • Salary Pay:

This is reserved for the models that are chosen by the company to be also brand ambassadors. Meaning they will be in charge of managing social media accounts as well as going to events, doing shout-outs, and any other requirement deemed necessary prior to signing paperwork that this agreed apon by both model and company.

Type of Modeling:​

This is professional modeling that will be paid for. There will not be a situation that arises where any woman will be asked to do any sort of pornographic material. Nudity may be requested, but not required and the photo taken would not reveal anything that can not be posted on social media. No model is required to reveal themselves at any time. No sexual activity is condoned or allowed between the model and any other participating person on set or during the time that the photo shoot takes place. Basically it is needed to be made clear that this is not some backroom casting couch hoax. It is a professional - business only opportunity and needs to be taken serious despite the lack of professionalism that other similar companies have been known to do so. It is still meant to be enjoyable though as long as no lines being crossed is the main priority.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 Years of Age or Older

• Able to travel anywhere with in the United States *all expenses paid & a minimum of 1 month notice will be given

• Marijuana will be in most if not all photos needed. It is not a requirement that the model smoke cannabis, but The 420 Marketing Company has the right to choose, based on any reason, who is to be in a photo shoot. An explanation as to why someone was not chosen is not required nor will it ever be given for any reason so please do not ask.
